升流循环复氧装置复氧性能及氧传递规律

摘  要:采用对比中试研究测试了升流循环复氧装置的复氧性能和氧传递规律,研究表明:升流循环复氧装置的氧传递规律为径向从中心点向四周扩散传递;纵向从近装置区域中层向水面上层传递溶解氧,继而由表层向水面下层传递。25 m^3/h供气量的中试升流循环复氧装置实际氧传递能力为2.57 kg O/h,氧利用率为34%,其中84.09%参与水中COD_(Cr)的降解,15.91%用于水体氧浓度的提升。等功率升流循环复氧装置、水车式复氧装置、水下射流复氧装置的实际氧传递能力分别为2.57、2.20、1.75 kg O/h。分析表明升流循环复氧装置的复氧性能仍有很大的提升空间。The reoxygenation performance and oxygen transfer rule of up-flow cycling reoxygenation device was investigated. The result showed that the oxygen transmission rule of the up-flow cycling reoxygenation device was spreading radial around the center and upward from the device upper part, longitudinally from the middle part of device to the upper layer water and from the upper part transferring to the lower layer water. The actual 02 transfer ability of the device of inflating volume of 25 m3/h was 2. 57 kg 0/h and its oxygen utilization rate was 34% , 84. 09% of DO participating in the degradation of water C0DCr, 15.91% of DO participating in the ascent of the oxygen concentration in water; in same pilot test actual oxygen transfer ability of three equipower reoxygenation devices as flow-cycling type devices, the water wheel type device, underwater jet type device were 2. 57 kg O/h, 2. 20 kg O/h, 1. 75 kg O/h, respectively. Analysis shows that the up-flow cycling type devices sti l l have great reoxygenation performance improvement space.
