基于社区的针药结合治疗老年抑郁症疗效和影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针药结合治疗社区老年抑郁症患者的疗效。方法方便选取广州市天河区两个高校社区于2014年12月—2015年12月确诊的110例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表分成两组,每组55例。两组患者均给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗,观察组同时给予针刺治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为94.55%,相对于对照组的81.82%有明显上升(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后HAMD-17、PSQI评分差值分别为(-18.21±2.45)分、(-9.18±1.08)分,对照组分别为(-11.64±2.27)分、(-5.77±1.12)分,观察组改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗前后血清IL-6、BDNF水平差值分别为(-10.51±2.55)ng/L、(17.92±2.67)ng/m L,对照组分别为(-5.11±2.02)ng/L、(13.43±2.45)ng/m L,观察组改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针药结合治疗社区老年抑郁症相对于单纯抗抑郁药物治疗疗效更为确切,适宜于在社区推广使用。Objective To study the curative effect and influence factors of ampoule based on community in treatment of depression in old age. Methods Convenient selection 110 cases of senile patients with depression treated from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, both groups were treated with routine antidepressant drugs, the observation group were treated with ampoule, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group obviously increased compared with that in the control group（94.55% vs 81.82%）（P〈0.05）, and the difference values between HAMD-17 and PSQI scores before and after treatment were（-18.21 ±2.45）points and（-9.18 ±1.08）points in the observation group and（-11.64 ±2.27）points and（-5.77 ±1.12）points in the control group, and the improvement degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）, and the difference values between serum IL-6 and BDNF level before and after treatment were respectively（-10.51±2.55）ng/L and（17.92±2.67）ng/m L in the observation group and（-5.11±2.02）ng/L and（13.43±2.45）ng/m L in the control group, and the improvement degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of ampoule based on community in treatment of depression in old age is more definite compared with that of simple antidepressant drugs, which is suitable for promotion and application in community.
