肿胀麻醉下小切口大汗腺清除术治疗腋臭临床疗效及预后情况

摘　　要：目的研究腋臭者于肿胀麻醉情况下行小切口大汗腺清除手术治疗的临床疗效及预后情况。方法方便选取2014年5月—2016年10月该院收治的84例腋臭患者资料,依据治疗时采用的不同方案分成2组,将行传统皮肤梭形切除手术治疗42例患者作为对照组,将于肿胀麻醉情况下行小切口大汗腺清除手术治疗42例患者作为观察组,对两组临床疗效及预后并发症情况进行对比。结果观察组拆线时间和手术后恢复时间(7.12±0.98)d和(9.50±0.72)d均比对照组(13.98±1.40)d和(12.80±1.15)d短,且总并发症率2.38%比对照组19.05%低(P<0.05)。结论腋臭者于肿胀麻醉情况下行小切口大汗腺清除手术治疗能够缩短拆线与手术后恢复时间,且减少并发症发生,具有一定临床应用及推广价值。Objective To research the clinical curative effect and prognosis of micro-incision big sweat gland dissection under the tumescent anesthesia in treatment of underarm odour. Methods Convenient selection 84 cases of patients with underarm odour admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2016 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different plans with 42 cases in each, the control group were treated with traditional skin spindle incision, while the observation group were treated with micro-incision big sweat gland dissection under the tumescent anesthesia, and the clinical curative effect and prognosis complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clearing time and postoperative rehabilitation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[（7.12 ±0.98）d,（9.50±0.72）d vs（13.98±1.40）d,（12.80±1.15）d], and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group（2.38% vs 19.05%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The micro-incision big sweat gland dissection under the tumescent anesthesia in treatment of underarm odour can shorten the clearing time and postoperative rehabilitation time and can reduce the occurrence of complications, which is of a ceratin clinical application and promotion value.
