认知行为疗法治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的在广泛性焦虑症患者中应用认知行为疗法,探讨其临床应用疗效。方法 2014年9月—2016年9月间随机选取山东省精神卫生中心精神科门诊接诊的84例广泛性焦虑症患者,患者采用随机数字表法随机分配为观察组以及对照组。对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗,观察组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片+认知行为疗法。对比分析两组患者临床疗效以及焦虑症状改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.24%)显著高于对照组,治疗后观察组2周(20.24±1.37)分、4周(14.25±0.84)分、8周(9.02±1.05)分汉密顿焦虑量表评分均优于对照组,治疗2周(58.41±2.07)分、4周(49.52±3.02)分、8周(39.11±1.11)分焦虑自评量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于广泛性焦虑症患者,药物治疗基础上加以认知行为治疗可有效提升治疗疗效,改善患者焦虑症状,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical application curative effect of cognitive behavioral therapy in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods From september 2014 to September 2016 84 cases of patients with generalized anxiety disorder treated in the outpatient department of psychiatry were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets, while the observation group were treated with Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and cognitive behavioral therapy, and the clinical curative effect and anxiety improvement condition of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAMA scores at 2-week, 4-week and 8-week in the observation group [（20.24±1.37）points,（14.25±0.84）points,（9.02±1.05）points] were better than those in the control group, and the self-rating anxiety scale scores at 2-week, 4-week and 8-week [（58.41±2.07）points,（49.52±3.02）points,（39.11±1.11）points] were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with generalized anxiety disorder, the cognitive behavioral treatment on the basis of the drug treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the anxiety symptoms of patients, which is worth promotion in clinic.
