护理干预带蒂岛状皮瓣转移术修复足跟部软组织缺损的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预带蒂岛状皮瓣转移术修复足跟部软组织缺损的应用价值。方法随机选取2012年3月—2016年5月该院收治的在外科进行足跟部带蒂岛状皮瓣转移术的80例患者,将其分为综合护理组和常规护理组,分析两种护理方法对手术治疗效果的影响。结果综合护理组患者的愈合率为95.0%,常规护理组愈合率为65.0%,综合护理组要明显高于常规护理组,两组之间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合护理组患者治疗后的感染、静脉血栓形成及血管痉挛等发生情况要低于常规组,两者数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预带蒂岛状皮瓣转移术修复足跟部软组织缺损的效果显著,有效降低并发症反应发生率,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application value of peduncle island skin flap in the nursing intervention in repairing the skin defect over the heel. Methods Random selection 80 cases of patients with skin defect over the heel in the department of surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the general nursing group and the routine nursing group, and the effect of the two nursing methods on the operative treatment effect was analyzed. Results The healing rate in the general nursing group was obviously higher than that in the routine nursing group（95.0% vs 65.0%）,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the infection after treatment, venous thrombosis and occurrence of angiospasm in the general nursing group were lower than those in the routine group, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of peduncle island skin flap in the general nursing intervention in repairing the skin defect over the heel is obvious, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complication reactions and improve the clinical treatment effect and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
