癌症病人症状困扰与心理弹性、积极情绪的关系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨癌症病人治疗期间症状困扰与心理弹性、积极情绪的关系。[方法]采用中文版安德森症状评估量表、心理弹性量表简化版、正负情绪量表对山东省3所三级甲等医院的351例癌症病人进行问卷调查。[结果]癌症病人症状困扰得分与心理弹性、积极情绪得分呈负相关(r=-0.291,r=-0.281,P<0.01),心理弹性得分和积极情绪得分呈正相关(r=0.525,P<0.01);积极情绪部分中介心理弹性与症状困扰的关系,当积极情绪进入回归方程时,心理弹性对症状困扰的预测效应从-0.281降为-0.216,中介效应为22.9%。[结论]心理弹性和积极情绪对病人症状困扰均具有保护作用,心理弹性既可以直接影响病人症状困扰程度,也可以通过积极情绪对其产生间接影响。Objective ：To explore the relationship among symptom distress, psychological resilience, and positive emotions in cancer patients Me t hods： A questionnaire survey was conducted on 351 cancer patients from 3 thirdgrade A hospitals in Shandong province by using the Chinese version of MD Anderson Symptom Inventory （MDASI） , Connor Davidson Resilience Scale short version（CD - RISC - 10） ,and the Positive and Negative Af-fective Scales（PANAS） . Resul t s： Symptom distress score had significant negative correlation with the psycho-logical resilience score and positive emotions score（ r = - 0. 291, r= - 0. 281 ,P 〈 0 . 01） . There were positive cor-relations between psychological resilience score and positive emotional score（ r = 0. 525,P 〈 0 . 01） . Positive emo-tion partially mediated the relationship between psychological resilience and symptom distress. Once positive emotion entered the equation as a predictor, the predictions effect of resilience on symptom distress droppedfrom - 0. 281 to - 0. 216,and the mediating effect was 22. 9%. Conclusions： Psychological resilience and positive emotions had a protective effect on symptom distress. Psychological resilience not only could disymptom distress but also could indirectly affect symptom distress through positive emotions.
