摘  要:针对深部层状岩体巷道围岩塑性区边界扩展规律尚不明确的问题,采用FLAC^(3D)软件仿真模拟软件,研究了双层岩体、三层岩体等不同岩体组合下的塑性区边界扩展形态,揭示了其塑性区边界的扩展特性及规律。以曲江煤矿212回风巷为验证对象,在分析调查该巷道变形破坏特征的基础上,模拟了该巷的塑性区边界扩展特性与形态,分析了其破坏机理与控制原理,并提出了相应的"预应力桁架+锚杆"控制技术。数值模拟结果表明,该支护技术将巷道围岩塑性区由恶化形态控制在较好的稳定形态,巷道围岩变形也趋于稳定。现场实践表明:经过75 d监测,高帮位移为180 mm、低帮位移仅为100 mm,顶板下沉量仅为80 mm。围岩变形在可控制的范围内,反映出巷道围岩塑性区得到了良好控制。该研究成果较好地丰富了塑性区边界扩展内容,同时为同类型巷道塑性区控制提供一定的技术参考。Aiming at the indeterminacy for the boundary extension laws of the plastic zone in deep rock strata, firstly, by using the FLAC3D software,the plastic zone boundary extension pattern of two-layer rock mass and three-layer rock mass was simulated,and the extension characteristics and laws of the plastic zone boundary were revealed. Secondly, taking the 212 return airway of Qujiang Coal Mine as the verification object,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of deformation and failure of the roadway,this paper simula-ted the plastic zone boundary expansion characteristics and shape of the roadway, analyzed its failure mechanism and control principle and put forward the corresponding " prestressed truss + bolt" control technology. The numerical simulation results show that the plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock is controlled by the deteriorated form in stable state, and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is also stable. Field practice shows that:it can be known after 75 days of monitoring,high side displacement is 180 mm,low side dis-placement just 100 mm,roof sink only 80 mm. The deformation of the surrounding rock is within the controllable range,which indicates that the plastic zone of surrounding rock is well controlled. The results of this study can enrich the boundary extension of plastic zone, and provide some technical reference for the similar zone plastic zone control.
