激光跟踪仪在CSNS高频腔预准直中的应用

摘　　要：在CSNS高频腔运往隧道安装前,需要在地面实验厅进行预准直,将两个半腔单元进行同轴对接组装成一个整腔。采用激光跟踪仪三维测量以及SA软件编制标准模板文件对高频腔进行了批量预准直;提出了采用对接法兰面水平螺栓孔直接定轴建立标定坐标系的方法,保证了法兰螺孔周向对齐,顺利完成了左右半腔单元的对接。该方法同样适用于其他腔体的对接准直。目前,已完成全部8个腔体的预准直,腔体圆柱拟合标准偏差优于0.35 mm,满足规范要求。Before the RF cavities are transported to the tunnel in CSNS,we need to carry on the pre-alignment for them in the ground experiment hall.Each cavity consists of a pair of coaxial cells,and the two cells are needed to assemble to one cavity and align in coaxial.The laser tracker and the template programmed by SA software were introduced to do batch pre-alignment in this paper.And a method for the cavity alignment was proposed that the axis of fiducialisation frame can be constructed by the horizontal screws of the connecting flange directly.This method ensured the screws alignment in circumference in case of the manufactured error,and finally achieved the coaxial connecting of the 2 cells successfully.So far,the pre-alignment of all the 8 cavities were finished,and the cylinder fitting RMS of inner conductors were all less than 0.35mm,which could meet the requirement.This method is also applicable for the alignment of other similar cavity.
