摘  要:针对难以提取已刻码油管特征而导致的识别率低的问题,设计开发了一套用于识别油管身份标识的系统。该系统利用线阵CCD扫描相机采集油管图像,并参考相关计算机图像处理算法,实现了对油管刻码标识的准确识别。实验数据表明,该系统采用的算法识别率高,已在Windows平台下用Java语言实现,具有较好的鲁棒性。The feature extracting of the carved yards tubing is difficult,which causes the problem of low identification rate of the tubing.Aiming at this problem,a set of tubing identification system was designed and developed in this paper.In this system,the image of tubing was acquired by linear CCD camera,and the accurate identification of the tubing was achieved referring to the related algorithm of image processing.The experimental data show that the algorithm has a high rate of identification.The system has been implemented in Windows platform using Java,and has a good robustness.
