摘  要:为降低同型号变频调速泵并联运行的能耗,对泵并联运行的功率进行了分析:若水泵并联运行时各调速泵的流量和转速相等,则泵机组总的轴功率最小。依据泵工况点愈接近最高效率下的相似工况抛物线其效率愈高的原理,导出了泵机组功率最小时的开启台数及其调速率的计算方法,并以4台350S44A型离心泵组成的某取水泵站为例,对水源水位变化下的多泵运行能耗进行计算,计算结果表明,该方法可简单方便地实现配置有同型号调速泵泵站的优化调度。In order to reduce the energy consumption of variable speed pumps in parallel,the parallel pump power consumption is analyzed.If the flow rate and rotation rate of each water pump in parallel are similar,the total shaft power of the water pump set is the minimum.Based on the principle that the pump’s working conditions are approximate to the similar working parabolic curve of the highest efficiency,its efficiency is higher,the computational method for determining the number of opening pumps and speed regulation is derived.By taking a water pumping station composed of 4 type 350S44A centrifugal pumps for example,the power and energy consumptions are calculated under the condition of water resources and water level variations,result shows that the method can simply and conveniently realize the optimizing dispatch of the similar pump stations.
