摘 要:目的:对医用放射性活度计进行性能测试,探讨其性能测试结果和意义。方法:依据国家标准(GB/T10256-2013)"放射性活度计",利用标准活度计及标准放射源,检测放射性活度计的重复性、不稳定性及相对固有误差等性能指标。结果:检测70台放射性活度计,其重复性平均值为(0.50±0.44)%,最大值为1.94%,最小值为0.09%。不稳定性平均值为(0.91±0.47)%,最大值为2.65%,最小值为0.33%。相对固有误差:1^(60)Co平均值为(0.57±1.33)%,最大值为3.50%,最小值为-3.65%;2^(137)Cs平均值为(0.74±0.89)%,最大值为4.00%,最小值为-3.92%;3^(241)Am平均值为(-1.01±2.60)%,最大值为5.60%,最小值为-4.77%。结论:放射性活度计对低能核素的^(241)Am测量时性能稍差。通过定期检测,加强放射性活度计的质量控制,是保障临床诊断及治疗对放射性核素活度测量性能要求的必要措施。Objective: To test the performances for radioactivity meters and discuss their test results and values. Methods: According to the national standard of radioactivity meter(GB/T10256-2013), a series of performance parameters for radioactivity meter, such as repeatability, instability and relative intrinsic error, were obtained by using standard radioactivity meter and standard radionuclide. Results: 70 radioactivity meters were tested, the mean of repeatability was(0.50±0.44)%, and the highest and the lowest data were 1.94% and 0.09%, respectively; the mean of instability was(0.91±0.47)%, and the highest and lowest data were 2.65% and 0.33%, respectively. The relative intrinsic errors: the mean of 60Co was(0.57±1.33)%, and the highest and the lowest data were 3.50% and-3.65%, respectively; the mean of ^(137)Cs was(0.74±0.89)%, the highest and the lowest data were 4.00% and-3.92%, respectively; the mean of 241Am was(-1.01±2.60)%, the highest and the lowest data were 5.60% and-4.77%, respectively. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen quality control for radioactivity meter, so that the devices come to the demands for testing activity of radionuclide in clinical practice.
