边防海岛伤病员急救系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的:设计海防部队及偏远训练地域伤病员急救信息系统,改进边防海岛伤病员院前急救的薄弱环节。方法:运用无线移动通信技术、HL7消息队列和接口技术相结合,使急救系统与医院信息系统(HIS)、实验室信息系统(LIS)、影像归档及传输系统(PACS)、电子病历(EMR)和健康档案系统进行对接。结果:系统平台采用面向服务的架构,所有功能均以原子粒度的网络服务(Web Service)进行排练组合构建,较好解决了软件的复用和互操作性。通过对这些原子粒度的服务进行流程重组,形成移动伤情采集端、移动急救端、会诊端和医疗信息集成端组成4个业务功能块。平时、战时在远离后方医院的急救环境下,使多种医疗数据进行有效融合,为医疗诊断和救治提供可靠的数据资料,实现了医疗资源的网络共享和伤病员急救的闭环管理。结论:边防海岛伤病员急救系统可更多维化、可视化展示伤病员的伤病情,实现医疗资源系统的互联互通互操作,有效提升边防海岛的卫勤保障效能与应对突发事件能力,提高伤病员的医疗救治质量。Objective： To design the emergency information system for patients in coastal defence forces and remote training fields in order to compensate the weak link of pre-hospital emergency for them. Methods： By the combination of wireless mobile communication technology, the HL7message queue and interface technology, to achieve the integration of emergency system, hospital information system （HIS）, laboratory information system （LIS）,picture archiving andcommunication systems （PACS）, electronic medical record （EMR） and health record. Results： In ordinary times and the wartimes, even if patients stayed away from the emergency environment of rear hospital, various medical data still could be efficiently integrated, and be provided for medical diagnosis and treatment, so as to achieve network sharing of medical resources and closed-loop management of emergency patients. Conclusion： The design and application of this emergency system can effectively enhance rear security efficiency for emergency, and improve the medical treatment quality for patients.
