摘 要:用ζ电位为-84.60m V的IR胶乳作为防气窜组分,针对此胶乳进行实验研究,筛选出了4种不同类型的胶乳稳定剂,用于提高胶乳水泥浆的稳定性。6501/氧化胺/AES三元复配体系可以将胶乳水泥浆的使用温度提高到130℃。胶乳水泥浆体的性能研究结果表明,水泥浆失水量低,稠化性能较好,过渡时间短,初始稠度低。性能系数法评价结果表明,90℃及130℃的胶乳水泥浆SPN值分别为1.71和0.78,均显示出极佳的防气窜能力,添加5%的IR胶乳后,水泥石的抗压及抗折强度均有不同程度的增加。IR latex which ζ potential was -84.60mV was used as an anti-gas channeling component. Four different types of latex stabilizer were screened out to enhance the stability of the latex slurry through experimental study for this latex. The ternary complex system of 6501/amine oxide/AES could increase the use temperature of latex slurry to 130℃. The results of latex cement slurry performance showed that it had low fluid loss, good thickening performance, short transition time and low initial consistency. The evaluation results by performance coefficient method indicated that: the SPN values of latex cement slurry in 90℃ and 130℃ were 1.71 and 0.78, both showed excellent anti-gas channeling capability. Compressive and flexural strength of cement stone increased to varying degrees after adding of 5% IR latex.
