摘  要:为了减小因切削区域垂向力作用使圆锯片基体产生的交变应力,改善和提高圆锯片性能,采用ANSYS有限元分析对圆锯片进行力学分析后,提出了一种圆弧型基体表面,在锯片锯齿厚度一定的情况下,较好地改善了平切圆锯片的垂向切削承受能力,圆锯片切削性能和使用寿命得到了显著的提高。实验结果表明:优化后的锯片质量只增加了200g,而切削区域垂向力产生的交变应力减小了30%以上,弯曲变形更是减少了40%以上,锯片的使用寿命和切削性能得到了较大的提高。In order to decrease alternating stress for the circular sawblades matrix generated by the vertical force in the cutting area,and improve the performance of circular sawblades,after carrying out a mechanical analysis on circular sawblades by ANSYS finite element analysis,a type of arc surface of the substrate is established,which can greatly improve the circular sawblade's ability to bear cutting vertical force on the premise that the thickness around sawblade serrate is certain,which makes the circular sawblade cutting performance and service life significantly improved. The experimental results showthe optimized blade quality is increased by only 200 g,while alternating stress produced by cutting area vertical force is reduced more than 30%,bending deformation is reduced more than 40%,and the service life of sawblade is improved greatly.
