摘 要:在约束理论的核心管理工具DBR系统中,瓶颈资源缓冲量的合理设置是系统瓶颈资源得以充分利用的有效保障,直接影响企业的有效产出量和市场竞争力,文中分析了目前存在的几种瓶颈资源缓冲类型和各自的优缺点以及时间缓冲量的确定方法,提出了一种基于系统可用度理论的瓶颈资源时间缓冲模型。文中将机器设备失效和修复的状态转移看成是一个马尔科夫过程,对设备的故障率和修复率经过求导和拉普拉斯变换等数学方法处理后,得到瓶颈工序前存在单个工序,串联工序和并联工序三种类型的瓶颈资源时间缓冲模型。文中还考虑了现实生产中存在的质量因素这一波动来源,运用产品合格率对此模型进行了修正。最后运用仿真软件进行案例的仿真运行,在此基础上得出模型的计算可信度,证明文中提出的瓶颈资源时间缓冲模型的合理性。In the core management tool DBR system of the theory of constraints,reasonable timebutter settings of Capacity Constraints Resource is a potent guarantee for the efficient use of the CCR,which directly affect the companies' throughput and market competitiveness. In this paper,we analyzed several respective CCR buffer types and their advantages and disadvantages,as well as the method of determining the time buffer. The last a CCR time buffer model based on system availability theory is proposed.In this paper,state transition of equipment from failure to repair was looked as a Markov process. Treated the failure rate and repair rate of equipment by mathematical methods such as derivative and Laplasse transform,we can get the CCR time buffer model of three types: single working procedure,serial working procedure and parallel working procedure. The source of the fluctuation of quality factors in the actual production is also considered and the products passing rate is used to modify the model.At last,the simulation software is used to simulate the operation of the case. Based on which,the computational reliability of the model is obtained,so as to prove the rationality of the CCR time buffer model.
