摘　　要：网络政治沟通凭借双向互动式的互联网这一传播媒介,在技术层面和沟通理念上极大改变着政治沟通主体、客体和各要素之间的关系。网络政治沟通是传统政治沟通的有效补充,二者缺一不可,一起影响并贯穿作用于公共政策的全过程,同时也对政府决策的制定和优化提出了严峻的挑战。在完善传统政治沟通的同时,必须加强网络政治沟通的机制功能建设。The Internet-mediated political communication is a new type of political communication channel,which relies on two-way interactive media,the Internet,and is greatly changing the political communication subject, object and the relationship between the elements on technical and communication concept. Both of the Internet-mediated political communication and the traditional political communication are interacting in the whole process of public policy,and challenging the government decision-making at the same time. It＇s extremely necessary to strength the construction of the Internet-mediated political communication mechanism function.
