摘　　要：现代高校教育理念更加强调学生作为学习主体性的作用,即加强学生的自我管理和自我调控,从而形成崭新的教育理论——自我效能理论。首先通过对自我效能理论的具体含义进行解读,进而分析自我效能理论对当前高校在轮滑教学中的具体影响,最后探讨自我效能理论对轮滑教学的具体启示和建议。The concept of modem university education emphasizes the role of students as the subject of learning, that is,to strengthen students＇ self-management and self- regulation, so as to form a new educational theory- self-efficacy theory. The specific meaning of self-efficacy theory was explored, and then its specific impact on a skating teaching in colleges was analyzed, and finally the specific inspiration and recommendations on roller skating teaching were dis-cussed.
