摘　　要：网络借贷平台(P2P平台)近年来迅速发展,但也暴露出很多问题。基于排序多元Logit模型对1977家网络借贷问题平台进行实证分析,探求P2P平台倒闭的影响因素。结果表明,注册资本、经营经验及事件类型对平台生存时间均有显著影响,而行业竞争程度对平台生存时间无显著影响。建议从提高行业准入门槛、完善退出申请流程、加强内部风险控制以及提高核心竞争力等方面促进P2P平台健康可持续发展。In recent years, network lending platforms （P2P） develop rapidly. However, there are some prob-lems with such platforms. This paper uses the Ordered Logit Model to explore the nature factors of their closedown based on 1977 platforms. Research results show that the registered capital,the management ex-perience and event types of platforms have a significant impact on P2P survival time, and the regional in-dustry competition degree has no obvious effect on P2P survival time. Finally some suggestions are put for-ward, such as raising industry admittance threshold, optimizing the process of exit application, strengthe-ning the internal risk control of P2P platforms, and developing the competitiveness of core businesses, etc.
