摘　　要：针对上海市水务监督站工作中存在的问题,从明确责权、培训教育、利用信息化技术、诚信管理等方面,提出了完善水务工程安全质量监督工作的建议,从而提高水务监督的效能。According to the problems in the conservancy detection station in Shanghai,the paper points out the suggestions to improve the safety and quality monitoring of the conservancy projects from the explicit responsibilities,training education,utilities of informationized technique,and trustworth management,so as to improve the conservancy detection.
