闽台SCI收录论文计量学比较分析

摘　　要：以SCI-Expanded数据库为数据来源,统计2005-2014年SCI收录福建省和台湾地区科研人员发文情况。结果表明:110年间的发文总数福建省为35204篇,台湾地区为199733篇,福建省SCI论文年增幅要明显快于台湾;2英文为闽台SCI论文的主要语言,分别占95.02%和99.94%;3研究性论文为闽台SCI论文的主导文献类型,分别占94.46%和87.69%;4化学、材料科学、物理学、工程学和数学为福建省五大优势学科,发文数占SCI总数的71.91%;台湾地区的五大优势学科依次分别为工程学、物理学、化学、材料科学和计算机科学,发文数占SCI总数的61.27%;5闽台SCI论文来源出版物未出现高度集中,排名第一的分别仅占论文总数的1.56%和1.14%;6在发文机构上,高校均为闽台SCI论文的主力军,在发文量前十中均占八席;7闽台SCI论文产出最多的资助机构分别为国家自然科学基金和"台湾科学委员会";8闽台SCI论文合著最多的国家均为美国,分别占发文量的9.74%和11.99%;9闽台在世界顶级期刊上的发文数分别为36篇和359篇。Based on the SCI-E database,the published papers in Fujian and Taiwan from 2005 to 2014were statistically analyzed.The results showed that：1the total amounts of the published papers in the ten years of Fujian and Taiwan were respectively 35204 and 199733,and the annual growth rate of Fujian was much higher than that of Taiwan.2English was the main language used in the published SCI papers of Fujian and Taiwan,and the ratios were respectively up to 95.02% and 99.94%.3The research article was the main documental type,and the ratios were respectively up to 94.46%and 87.69%.4Chemistry,material science,physics,engineering and mathematics were the top five dominant disciplines of Fujian,whose ratio was up to 71.91%;while engineering,physics,chemistry,material science and computer science were the top five dominant disciplines of Taiwan,whose ratio was up to 61.27%.5The source publications of Fujian＇s and Taiwan＇s SCI papers were not highly centralized,and the ratios of the top source publication were respectively only 1.56%and 1.14%.6The universities were the main institution that published SCI papers in Fujian and Taiwan,and the ratios were both up to 80%.7The published SCI papers of Fujian and Taiwan were mostly funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and Taiwan scientific council respectively.8The most important country which Fujian and Taiwan collaborated the SCI papers with was both America,and the ratios were respectively up to 9.74% and 11.99%.9The paper amounts of Fujian and Taiwan that published in the top journals were respectively 36 and 359.
