摘  要:根据双镜反射系统的像差理论,设计了一种全新的离轴反射式像传递光学系统,该系统由两块相对放置的离轴抛物面反射镜组成。对该系统进行了装调分析和误差分析,讨论了元件的哪些失调量会对系统引入像差,根据误差分析的结果,给出了每一种失调量可允许的失调范围,其中反射镜偏心误差范围在-0.4~0.4 mm,倾斜误差范围在-0.1°~0.1°,两镜间距误差范围在-0.7~0.7 mm。According to the aberration theory of double mirror system,a new type of off-axis reflective image-transfer optical system was designed. The system consists of two off-axis parabolic mirror. The alignment and tolerance of the system were computed and analyzed. The influence of the element misadjustment on the system was discussed. According to the results of the error analysis,the misadjustment range was given,including the eccentricity error in the range of-0. 4 - 0. 4mm,tilt error in the range of-0. 1°- 0. 1°,the distance of two mirrors error in the range of-0. 7mm - 0. 7mm.
