摘　　要：战略性新兴产业成为"后危机时代"的新宠儿,当前世界主要发达国家和新兴经济体都在大力培育和发展战略性新兴产业,中国也提出发展节能环保产业、新能源产业等七大战略性新兴产业。分析了战略性新兴产业的特征、我国发展战略性新兴产业的背景与意义。阐述了战略性新兴产业形成与发展的动力因素以及战略性新兴产业与其它产业的关系,概述了我国战略性新兴产业发展现状,最后,提出了我国战略性新兴产业发展的对策建议。After The financial crisis, the main developed countries and emerging economies all speed up develop strategic emerging industries, China also put forward the development of strategic emerging industries. The paper analyzes the characteristics of strategic emerging industries and the significance for china, expounds the power factors of formation and development of strategic emerging industries, and the relationship between strategic emerging industries and other industries, outlines the current situation of the development of strategic e-merging industry in China. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures for the development of strategic emerging industry in china.
