摘 要:房地产是保障人们正常生活、工作和学习的基本物质,也是促使我国经济社会不断发展的关键。当前,随着城乡进程的不断推进,房地产的发展突飞猛进,逐渐成为我国发展性的重点产业之一。房地产不单单使得城市的居民拥有更加舒适的住房,还可以进一步促进我国经济社会的发展,因此,在我国具有十分重要的作用。然而,房地产的投资也是一种具有风险性的投资,近年来房地产的投资十分走俏,很多人花费一切代价为了购房,房地产的开发和合理的利用也成为当前社会重点关注的问题。因此,建立一个关于房地产的投资评估和房地产的投资决策系统十分关键,其可以推动我国房地产行业向着更加广阔的发展空间进步,提高房地产的投资收益。Real estate is the basic material to protect people's normal life, work and study, and is the key to promote the continuous development of China's economic society. At present, with the continuous progress of urban and rural processes, the rapid development of real estate, China has gradually become one of the key industries of development. Real estate not only makes the city residents have more comfortable housing, but also can further promote China's economic and social development,therefore, in our country has a very im-portant role. However, the real estate investment is also a risky investment. In recent yea rs, real estate invest-ment is very popular, many people spend all the costs in order to purchase, so the real estate development and rational use has become the current social focus of the problem. Therefore, the establishment of a real estate in-vestment assessment and real estate investment decision-making system is very c r it ica l, which can promote Chi-na's real estate industry toward a broader space for development, improve the real estate investment income.
