摘　　要：由于受之前高校扩招政策的影响和我国人口基数的影响,自2005年起我国每年的高校毕业生人数持续增长,2014年应届毕业生人数更是达到了历史之最,严重加剧了当前新时期环境下我国的大学生人才就业市场的就业压力,高校大学生的就业问题已从家庭问题上升成为整个社会所关注的焦点问题。高校大学生能否实现顺利就业关系到家庭和谐、高校发展建设和社会的稳定和谐,因此,亟需对当前我国大学生就业中所存在的问题进行深入分析,从而提出切实可行的解决对策。Due to the influence of the college enrollment expansion policy and the population base in Chi-na, the number of college students has kept increasing since 2 0 0 5 and reached the highest level in history in 2014, which has seriously exacerbated the employment pressure of college students in the employment market at present. The employment issue of college students has become to the focus of the whole society rather than any family. The successful employment of college students is related to the family harmony, the development of col-leges and the stability of society. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze in detail the existing problems in the em-ployment of college students so as to put forward some feasible solutions.
