攀枝花市公务用车制度改革中财政管理面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：公务用车制度改革一直是公共部门改革的一道难题。2014年,国家启动实施了新一轮的公车改革,对公务用车制度改革提出了新的任务和要求。为贯彻落实国家相关政策,有序推进公务用车制度改革,本课题立足财政视角,以攀枝花市为研究对象,明确了进行公务用车制度改革的意义,摸清了目前公务用车改革的现状,整理出公务用车制度改革后财政将面临的问题,并提出了科学的解决思路和对策。本课题成果为攀枝花市公务用车制度改革提供了决策参考和建议。The reform of official vehicle system is one of the difficulties in public sector reform. In 2014, China launched a new round to implement the reform of the cars used by government. The public transport system re-form puts forward new requirements and tasks. In order to implement relevant national policies, and take on the reform of official vehicle system ordinarily, this paper takes Panzhihua City as the research object, states the significance of the reform of the official vehicle-using system from fiscal perspective, finds out the current situa-tion of the reform of public service vehicles, sorts out the problems that will be faced after the reform of official vehicle system. In the end, it provides some recommendations for Panzhihua City’s reform of official vehicle system.
