摘　　要：聚四氟乙烯薄膜安装线主要用于弱电系统、小型电子仪表内部,它在高温环境下具有良好的性能并阻燃。由于该类电线的柔软特性,国内一般用于组件安装,随着组件的拓展应用逐渐发展至航空领域,但这种安装线易起皮松散。介绍了一种不易起皮松散的柔软型聚四氟乙烯薄膜安装线,可用于低轨道航空领域的弱电系统内部布线,进行电力信号传输。以30/0.08 mm规格为例,介绍了聚四氟乙烯薄膜安装线的结构、生产控制重点、试验方法等。PTFE film installation wire mainly used for light-current system and small electronic instruments inside,it under the environment of high temperature has good performance and flame retardant.Because of this kind of wire soft characteristics,commonly used in domestic component installation,with the expansion of application components to the progressive development of the aviation sector,but this kind of installation wire easy rise skin and loose.This paper provides a kind of type soft PTFE film installation wire for not easy rise skin and loose,can be used in low orbit light-current system internal wiring in the field of aviation,for electrical signal transmission.To 30/0.08 mm PTFE film Installation wire for example,this paper introduces PTFE film installation wire the structure,production control key,test method,etc.
