摘　　要：目的评价TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR支架对非选择性冠心病病人心血管疾病发生率的影响。方法选择2012年1月—2014年12月在我院经冠状动脉介入治疗并置入药物洗脱支架符合标准的冠心病病人328例,男245例,女83例;年龄55.32岁±12.35岁。根据置入支架不同分为西罗莫司(又名雷帕霉素,SES支架)组(164例)和TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR紫杉醇洗脱支架(PES支架)组(164例)。比较两组病人心血管疾病发生率(包括靶病变血运重建率、靶血管血运重建率、支架内血栓形成率、死亡率、心肌梗死发生率、心绞痛复发率)。结果随访1年后,SES组靶病变血运重建率为4.88%、靶血管血运重建率为6.10%、支架内血栓形成率为1.83%、心肌梗死发生率为2.44%、心绞痛复发率为10.37%,无死亡病例;PES组靶病变血运重建率为7.93%、靶血管血运重建率为9.15%、支架内血栓形成率为2.44%、心肌梗死发生率为1.83%、心绞痛复发率为10.98%,无死亡病例。两组病人心血管疾病发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR洗脱支架和西罗莫司洗脱支架对非选择性冠心病病人心血管疾病发生率较一致。Objective To evaluate the effect of TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR stent on the incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with nonselective coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Three hundreds and twenty-eight patients with CHD after coronary artery interventional treatment and juxtaposition in drug eluting stents in January 2012 to December 2014 were selected.Patients were divided into SES group（n =164）and PES group（n =164）according to the stent implantation.The incidence rate of cardiovascular disease（including target lesion revascularization,target vessel revascularization,stent thrombosis rate,mortality,myocardial infarction incidence rate and recurrence rate）were observed.Results After 1 year of follow-up,the target lesion blood transport reconstruction rate,target blood vessel revascularization rates,stent thrombosis formation rate,myocardial infarction incidence,recurrence rate of angina pectoris was 4.88%,6.10%,1.83%,2.44%,10.37%in SES group and 7.93%,9.15%,2.44%,1.83%,10.98%in the PES group.There was no difference in the incidence of cardiovascular disease between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of CHD is consistent in patients with non-selective CHD by TAXUS-LiberteTM-SR eluting stent and sirolimus eluting stent.
