低分子量肝素钙注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察低分子量肝素钙注射液联合丹参注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期(EOSP)的临床疗效。方法将200例EOSP患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例在西医常规治疗基础上予低分子量肝素钙注射液联合丹参注射液治疗,对照组100予西医常规治疗,比较2组不良妊娠发生情况;比较2组治疗前后实验室相关指标及血清纤溶指标变化。结果治疗组治疗后较本组治疗前总蛋白(TP)升高(P<0.05),尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,治疗组较对照组TP升高(P<0.05),UA、Cr、Cys-C、LDH降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、红细胞比容、组织纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)均降低(P<0.05)。结论低分子量肝素钙注射液联合丹参注射液治疗EOSP疗效明显,能够调节患者高凝状态,减少对围产期的危害,确保母婴健康。Objective To observe the clinical effects of low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined Danshen injection on early onset severe preeclampsia（EOSP）. Methods 200 EOSP subjects were randomly divided into two groups. 100 subjects in treatment group were treated by low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined with Danshen injection on the basis of western routine treatment,and other 100 subjects in control group were treated by western routine treatment. The occurrence of adverse pregnancy was compared between two groups. The laboratory related indexes and serum fibrinolytic indexes before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results The total protein（TP） after treatment was increased in treatment group（P〈0. 05）,the uric acid（UA）,creatinine（Cr）,cystatin-C（Cys-C） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） after treatment were decreased（P〈0. 05）. The TP after treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0. 05）,the UA,Cr,Cys-C and LDH after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group（P〈0. 05）.The D-dimer,fibrinogen,hematocrit value and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1（PAI-1） after treatment in treatment group were decreased as compared with those in before treatment and in control group at the same period（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparins calcium injection combined Danshen injection has significant effect on the treatment of EOSP,can adjust hypercoagulability,and reduce the damage of perinatal period,ensure the maternal and child health.
