滋阴通脉胶囊联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴通脉胶囊联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法将80例辨证属气阴两虚、瘀阻脉络证早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组。对照组40例予西医常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用滋阴通脉胶囊治疗。2组均治疗3个月后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)变化。结果治疗组总有效率92.50%,对照组总有效率75.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。对照组治疗后TG、TC与本组治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗后UAER降低,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后TG、TC、UAER均降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TG、TC、UAER比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c组内及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋阴通脉胶囊联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切,并能改善TC、TG及UAER水平。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ziying-tongmai capsules on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 early diabetic nephropathy patients with Qi-Yin deficiency type and blood stasis blocking collaterals type were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n = 40） were treated by western medicine routine treatment,the treatment group（n = 40） were treated by Ziying-tongmai capsules on the basis of the control treatment. The curative effects were evaluated after 3 months treatment in two groups. The serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） and urine albumin excretion ratio（UAER） fasting plasma-glucose（FPG）,2 h postprandial glucose（2 h PG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1c） before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92. 50%） was superior to that in control group（75. 0%,P〈0. 05）. There were no statistical differences on TG and TC between before and after treatment in control group（P〉0. 05）. The UAER after treatment in control group was lower than that in before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The TG,TC and UAER after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in before treatment（P〈0. 05）. There were statistical differences on TG,TC and UAER after treatment between two groups（P〈0. 05）.There were no statistical differences FPG,2 h PG and Hb A1 c befor and after treatmet intra and between two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Ziying-tongmai capsules has exact effects on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,can improve the levels of TC,TG and UAER.
