对榆树市开展土地经营权抵押贷款情况的调查——以榆树市农业银行为例

摘　　要：为切实承担起服务"三农"的政治使命,真正解决农户融资难的问题,榆树市农业银行结合辖区土地确权、流转及规模经营大户融资需求情况,率先发起农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款业务,并于2015年6月成为总行指定的试点行。一年来,该行积极探索农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款(以下简称"农地贷")支持新型农业经营主体的新模式,取得了初步成效。In order to effectively assume the political mission of serving ＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂,solve the problem of farmers’ financing difficulties. The Agricultural Bank of Yushu city with the area of land ownership,circulation and scale management of large financing needs,initiated loans to rural land contracting right mortgage,and become a pilot line designated by the head office in June 2015. Over the past year,the bank has actively explored the new mode of rural land contract and management right mortgage（hereinafter referred to as ＂agricultural loans＂） to support new agricultural business entities,and achieved initial results.
