摘　　要：伴随着经济下行压力,传统行业转型升级需求迫切,舌尖诱惑和食品安全全民共识背景下,农产品和农业产业"高富帅"时代到来。发展农业龙头企业是实现农业产业化、农业转型升级的关键环节,亦是实现当前精准扶贫的有效切入点,但缺资金、融资难一直以来困扰着农业龙头企业的发展。本文以延边朝鲜族自治州304家州级以上农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象,针对农业产业化、现代化发展大方向和农业产业链向价值链转换的新形势,深入分析农业企业融资问题成因及对策,选取典型企业跟踪研究其融资实践。With the downward pressure on the economy, the urgent needs of the traditional industry transformation and upgrading, tongue temptation and food safety consensus in the context of the agricultural and agricultural industries, rich handsome era. The development of agricultural leading enterprises is the key link for the realization of the transformation and upgrading of agriculture, agricultural industry, is also effectively cut in point of the current precise poverty, but lack of funds, financing has been plagued by the development of leading agricultural enterprises. The Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, more than 304 state-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprises as the research object, according to the new situation of agricultural industrialization, modernization and the development direction of agricultural industry chain to value chain transformation, in-depth analysis of the causes and Countermeasures of financing problems of agricultural enterprises, selection of tracking the financing practice of typical enterprise.
