美、英金融稳定及安全审查机制对我国的启示

摘　　要：随着全球经济的发展与融合,各国之间交叉投资日益普遍,部分国家从国家安全的角度出发,制定了对外商投资的安全审查机制。在2008年全球金融危机后,部分国家也从金融安全与稳定出发,进一步加强了对国际性银行的审查与监管。本文以美国及英国对外商投资的安全审查及对银行业等的准入审查为例,探讨如何建立我国的金融安全审查机制。With the development and integration of the global economy, cross investment between countries is becoming more and more common, some countries from the perspective of national security, the development of foreign investment security review mechanism. In the wake of the global financial crisis in 2008, some countries from the financial security and stability, and further strengthen the review and supervision of international banks. In this paper, the United States and the United Kingdom on foreign investment security review and access to the banking industry as an example, to explore how to establish my financial security review mechanism. With the development and integration of the global economy, cross investment between countries is becoming more and more common. Some countries have developed a security review mechanism for foreign investment from the perspective of national security. In the wake of the global financial crisis in 2008, some countries from the financial security and stability, and further strengthen the review and supervision of international banks. In this paper, the United States and the United Kingdom on foreign investment security review and access to the banking industry as an example, to explore how to establish my financial security review mechanism.
