摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗突至上颌窦上颌骨囊肿的可行性和有效性。方法对11例突至上颌窦上颌骨囊肿在鼻内镜下行下鼻道进路的上颌骨囊肿开放术,对合并鼻腔底病变者同时行鼻腔底开放手术,切除部分囊壁。结果随访1~99个月,平均39个月,所有囊肿无复发。结论鼻内镜下治疗突至上颌窦或上颌窦合并鼻腔底的上颌骨囊肿简单易行、创伤小。Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of endoscopic transnasal fenestration for the cyst of maxilla invaded into maxillary sinus. Methods Eleven patients with cyst of maxilla invaded into maxillary sinus accepted endoscopic transnasal fenestration through inferior meatus or nasal floor approach according to the location of the cysts. Results During the follow-up period of 1 month to 99 months,there were no recurrence in all patients.Conclusions Endoscopic transnasal fenestration is a simple and minimally invasive operation method for patients with cyst of maxilla.
