中央空调风系统的控制特性分析

摘　　要：设计了某区的中央空调风系统并研究了其中间负荷特性.当小支管的风量发生变化时,总压力呈上凸抛物线函数关系;当小支管上两个房间同时发生变化时,系统的风压几乎相等;系统中原最不利管路上的节点负荷变化,易造成最不利管路的转移;分支管段起点的调节阀对管路调试起重要作用;系统总体的压降流量是二次曲线,近似呈线性关系.对中央空调的中间负荷特性进行研究,为系统调试和自控系统的安装设计打下了基础.In this paper,a central air conditioning system is designed to study the intermediate load characteristics.When a small branch of the air flow changed,a convex parabolic function relationship of the total pressure is created.When two little branches change at the same time,the changed system pressure is almost equal.The nodes load changing in the most unfavorable pipeline,would transfer the most unfavorable line.The regulating valves at the starting position of the branch pipeline play an important role about pipeline adjustments.The total pressure drop of the system is the quadratic function curve,is approximately linear.Thus,the study of central air conditioning load characteristics laid the foundation for the system debugging and installing design of automatic control system.
