摘 要:基于弱膨胀土路基碾压现场试验,选用现场实测的45组数据作为样本,分析碾压遍数与含水率、松铺厚度、压实度的关系,深入研究弱膨胀土路基压实需要的碾压遍数。结果表明:施工含水率在3%左右时,对所需碾压遍数几乎没有影响;松铺厚度太厚导致土层下部达不到压实要求,太薄则影响压实效率;一定碾压遍数范围内,压实度随着碾压遍数的增大而逐渐增大,最后趋于稳定值。弱膨胀土路基碾压遍数与填料含水率、松铺厚度、压实度之间的关系,可采用多元非线性模型表示,此回归模型的拟合度较高,F检验回归显著;预测值与实际值较吻合,回代正确率为93.3%。Based on the field testing of subgrade compaction of soil with low expansive,45 sets of data was selected as samples to explore the relationship among roller compaction times,moisture content,laying thickness and degree of compaction.Roadbed compaction of soil with low expansion was further studied.It was found that when the moisture content of construction is within3% of the optimum moisture content,it almost has no effect on the rolling pass;If the layer is too thick,it cannot meet the compaction requirements,however if it too thin,it does not have a good compaction efficiency.Within the scope of a certain rolling pass,degree of compaction increases with the increase of rolling pass before it reaches a stable value.The relationship between roadbed compaction times,moisture content,laying thickness and the degree of compaction of weak expansive soil can be represented by the multivariate nonlinear model.The fit of the nonlinear model is better.Regression effect with F test is remarkable.The predicted values fit well with the actual values with 93.3%the accuracy for back calculation.
