摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动在手术室耗材账单记录管理中的实践与效果。方法成立品管圈小组,应用品管圈步骤,对手术室耗材账单记录管理中存在的问题进行分析,制定改进措施,实施6个月后评价效果。结果手术室耗材账单记录差错的原因分析包括:领物单记录以手术为单位、库房耗材混放、领取耗材无双人核对、用领物单记账、记帐单未分专科、耗材使用后无双人核对。经过品管圈活动,手术室耗材账单记录差错件数由17.50件/周降至6.25件/周,改善幅度达64.29%。品管圈活动提升了护理人员的工作能力和积极性。结论开展品管圈活动降低了手术室耗材账单记录差错件数,激发了护理人员参与管理的意识和工作能力,进一步提高了护理质量。Objective To evaluate the quality control cycle (QCC) activity in reducing the error in the billing records of surgical consumables. Methods To set up QCC group and to ana-lyze the potential risks in the billing records of surgical consumables by using QCC methods. The countermeasures were carried out and the efficacy of QCC activity was evaluated at 6 months after implementation. Results The potential reasons leading to error in the billing records of surgical consumables including taking operation as requisition record, mixed placement of surgical consum-ables, no double-check in requisition, billing recording in requisition sheet, non-classified medical department in billing record, no double-check after using surgical consumables. The frequency of error in the billing records of surgical consumables dropped from 17.50 cases per week before im-plementation to 6.25 cases per week after implementation of QCC activities, with an improvement 64.29% . QCC activities also improved the ability and enthusiasm in working. Conclusion Ap-plication of QCC activities can reduce the risk of error in the billing records of surgical consuma-bles, and to improve the participant consciousness on quality management in nurses.
