综合护理干预在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中的应用效果。方法 73例行小儿腹股沟斜疝手术的患儿根据双盲法分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=36)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。观察2组患儿术后应激持续时间、肛门排气及住院时间,比较2组不良症状发生情况以及家属护理满意度。结果观察组术后应激持续时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组不良症状发生率低于对照组,观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿腹股沟斜疝手术中实施综合护理干预,对促进患儿术后康复、减少并发症具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the value o f comprehensive nursing intervention in sur-gery of pediatric indirect inguinal h ern ia. Methods A total o f 73 pediatric patients with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into the observation group （ n - 3 1 ） and control group （ n = 36）. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out in the observation g roup. The lasting time o f postoperative s tres s, time for anal exhaust and length o f stay were recorded. The adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of parents to nurs-ing service were evaluated. Results The lasting time of postoperative s tress, time for anal ex-haust and length o f stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control g ro u p , with significant difference （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower and the satisfaction degree o f parents was higher in the observation group than those in the control group , with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The application o f comprehensive n瓜sing intervention can accelerate the rehabilitation o f cM d ren with indirect inguinal hernia under-going surgery treatment
