摘　　要：自杀已经成为严重危害人们身心健康、影响家庭和社会安定的重大问题。针对割腕自杀未遂患者的安全护理问题已经越来越受到重视。除常规护理外,护理人员应结合患者心理特征,开展心理安慰、支持和疏导,调整患者的情绪,以舒缓各种压力防止再次自杀。只有从身体和心理方面同时开展护理干预,同时取得家庭和社会支持,才能达到治疗和康复的最佳效果。Suicide has becoming one of great healthcare problems that may affect the personal psychological health and domestic and social stability. People are paying increasingly attentions on nursing care and safety measures for patients with attempted suicide by slitting wrists. In addition to routine nursing care, nursing staffs should provide psychological counseling and support, in or-der to adjust negative emotions and to prevent suicide behavior occurrence. It is required to carry out combined nursing measures on physical and mental health, as well as support from family and community, to achieve best treatment and rehabilitation effect.
