摘 要:复合式土压平衡盾构机在掘进过程中,刀盘开口模式直接影响碴土流动性,碴土流动性能够保证施工开挖面压力平衡,因此合理的刀盘开口模式是保证盾构系统内部压力稳定和掘进安全的关键。本文针对加入改性材料后具有一定流动特性的碴土,运用计算流体力学的方法,研究了不同刀盘开口方式对碴土流动性的影响。分别对比了相同和不同开口率下,对于同一性质的流体,盾构系统的压力传递情况,得到了系统轴向的压力分布规律。针对不同开口率得到了开口率大小与压力传递的关系,针对相同开口率得到了不同开口位置与压力传递的关系,为刀盘开口模式的结构设计提供依据。When a composite earth pressure balance shield machine is tunneling,the cutterhead opening mode will directly affect the liquidity of muck. The liquidity of muck can guarantee the pressure balance of an excavating sur-face. Therefore,a reasonable cutterhead opening mode is the key to ensuring the internal pressure stability of shield system and tunneling safety. The muck could get some liquidity when modified materials were added to it . This pa-per studied the influence of different cutterhead opening modes on the liquidity of muck by computational fluid dy-namics. For fluids of the same nature,the pressure transmission of a shield system under the same and different o-pening ratios was studied. Then the axial pressure distribution was obtained. T he relationship between opening ratio and pressure transmission under different opening ratios, and the relationship between different opening positions and pressure transmission under the same opening ratio were obtained. These results provide the basis for the struc-ture design of the cutterhead opening mode.
