摘　　要：转化医学是研究如何将基础科研成果转化为临床应用的学科,强调理论与实践的相互促进。结合老年患者疾病特点,将转化医学理念贯穿于CBL教学过程中,开展老年医学教学改革与实践,取得了良好的教学效果。Translational medicine is a discipline that studies the translation of basic research into clinical application and stresses the mutual promotion of theory and practice. Based on elderly patients, characteristics, we integrated the concept of translational medicine into case-based learning teaching process to carry out teaching reform and practice. Good teaching results have been obtained.
