“骨二方”热敷对膝关节镜清理术后快速康复影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨"骨二方"在膝关节镜清理术后患者中的应用效果。方法将我院行膝关节镜关节清理术的90例(96膝)患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组45例(50膝)患者于术后给予"骨二方"行膝关节周围热敷,对照组45例(46膝)患者术后行常规功能锻炼,观察两组术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、患膝的浮髌试验情况及关节穿刺抽出积液量、术后Lysholm膝关节评分及患者满意度情况。结果术后第1、2、3、4周,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),4周后两组的VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);术后第1、2周关节腔穿刺抽液量比较,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05),第3、4周两组关节腔穿刺抽液量无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组患者的积液颜色较浅;两组患者术后膝关节Lysholm评分均高于术前(P<0.05),而且两组患者术后膝关节Lysholm评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者住院期间的总体满意度评分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "骨二方"热敷能有效缓解膝关节镜清理术后的疼痛,减少术后关节内渗出,从而促进术后膝关节功能快速康复。Objective To invest igate the cl inical ef fect of “The NO. 2 Bone prescription” af ter ar throscopic de-bridement. Methods Selected 90 cases （96 knees） pat ients in our hospi tal wi th ar throscopic joint debr idement ,45 cases （50 knees） used “ 丁he NO. 2 Bone prescr ipt ion” as the exper imental group,45 cases of rout ine funct ional exercise group （46 knees） as the control group, to observe the postoperative pain visual analogue score （VAS score） floating patella test and knee joint puncture draining fluid volume and Lysholm knee score and patient satis-faction after surgery. Results After 1,2,3,4 weeks the VAS score were lower th an that of the control group （P 〈0. 05） ,4 weeks after the VAS scores of the two groups had no significant difference; after first and 2 weeks of joint cavity puncture and drainage volume in the experimental group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05） , third,4 weeks in the two groups of joints cavity puncture pumping volume had no significant difference, but the patients with effusion color is shallow; the two groups of patients after knee joint Lysholm score were higher than before （P〈0. 05）, no statistically significant comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative knee Lysholm score difference （P〉0.05）; two patients hospitalized during the period of overall satis faction the score, the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The The NO.2 Bone prescription, hot compress can effectively relieve the pain after arthroscopic debridement and intra-articular effu-sion decreased after operation,so as to promote the rapid recovery of knee joint function after surgery.
