辣椒碱软膏联合针灸治疗梨状肌综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察辣椒碱软膏联合针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法将54例梨状肌综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各27例,对照组采用选穴针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用辣椒碱软膏治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.59%,明显高于对照组的70.37%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辣椒碱软膏联合针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of Capsaicin Ointment combined wi th acupuncture in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods 54 cases of pir i formis s ynd rome were randomly div id e d into cont rol g roup and treatment group, each group of 27 cases. The control group used acupoint acupuncture treatment, the treatment group in the control group treated with Capsaicin Ointment. 1 groups of 2 courses of treatment are 28 days. The clinical efficacy and visual analogue scale （VAS） score of the 2 groups were observed. Results The treatment group cured 15 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,ineffective in all cases,the total effective rate was 92. 59% ,the control group was cured in 8 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 70. 37%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores of the 2 groups were improved （P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Capsaicin ointment was combined wi th acupuncture t reatment of piri formis syndrome.
