紫草油治疗压疮的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察紫草油治疗压疮的临床疗效,为压疮的护理提供新的思路和方法。方法将60例压疮患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用常规护理和康复新换药,治疗组采用常规护理和紫草油换药,治疗后评价两组疗效的差异。结果两组均能促进压疮创面愈合,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论紫草油治疗压疮的临床效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfrey oil in the treatment of pressure Sore. Methods To provide the new ideas and methods for the nursing on pressure sores. 60 patients with pressure sores were ran-domly divided into control group （30 cases） and treatment group （30 cases）. The control group was treated with routine nursing and kangfuxin liquid; the treatment group was treated with routine nursing and comfrey oil. And to evaluate the effect was statistically significant or not. Results Both groups can promote the healing of pressure wound,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Lithospermum oil the clinical effect is significant of the treatment of pressure sores with comfrey oil？it was worth to promote.
