摘 要:采用固定床微型反应器,考察了S Zorb吸附剂的脱硫规律。脱硫率的历史曲线表明,脱硫速率与汽油的硫质量分数符合一级反应的关系,且脱硫速率常数与吸附剂颗粒未占据活性位的量呈线性关系。中型实验时,不同吸附剂颗粒的持硫量相同,吸附剂颗粒的活性位近似呈Delta分布;而工业过程中,不同吸附剂颗粒的持硫量不同,其活性位呈其他的分布形式,吸附剂颗粒活性位分布形式的不同使中型实验的脱硫率与工业脱硫率存在差异。将一阶动力学方程应用于离析模型,建立了任意概率分布函数时脱硫率的表达式。在平均持硫量相同的条件下,吸附剂颗粒活性位呈Delta分布时的脱硫率小于吸附剂活性呈其他分布时的脱硫率,并得到了差值表达式。将固定床微型反应器得到的初始脱硫速率常数应用于脱硫率的差值表达式,对于不同有限区间内的活性位正态概率密度分布,平均持硫量越小、分布区间越宽,中型实验的脱硫率与工业脱硫率的差值越大。The desulfurization process over S Zorb sorbent was investigated by using a fixed-bed microreactor.The history curve of desulfurization rate showed that the relation of reaction rate with sulfur content coincided with the first-order kinetic equation.Additionally,a linear relationship was observed between the desulfurization rate constant and unoccupied active sites of the adsorbent particles.A Delta distribution of active sites on the surface of the absorbent during the pilot-scale experiments was obtained,which is quite different from that of industrial plants with a certain distribution.The difference in activity sites distribution led to the different desulfurization effectiveness.By use of the first-order kinetic equation in the segregation model,the desulfurization rate equation for different probability density functions was established.Under the condition of the same average sulfur content,the desulfurization rate of delta distribution was less than that of other distributions.Applying the initial desulfurization rate constant obtained in the fixed-bed microreactor into the desulfurization difference equation,it is found that the less the average sulfur content,the wider the range of distribution,the greater the difference of desulfurization effectiveness between pilot-scale experiments and industrial plants.
