低油价下典型中东原油溶剂脱沥青组合工艺的市场前景分析

摘　　要：在35~100USD/bbl(1bbl≈159L)国际油价下,针对阿曼原油和沙中原油典型的重油加工工艺路线,如溶剂脱沥青组合工艺、固定床渣油加氢工艺和延迟焦化工艺进行了经济效益分析。结果表明,当国际原油价格大于35USD/bbl时,溶剂脱沥青组合工艺经济效益优于延迟焦化工艺,当国际原油价格小于42USD/bbl时,溶剂脱沥青组合工艺经济效益优于固定床渣油加氢工艺;当国际原油价格小于55USD/bbl时,对于氢源不足,延迟焦化装置原料具有进一步劣质化潜力的炼油企业,可考虑采用溶剂脱沥青组合技术实施技术改造,以提升经济效益与提高对加工原油的适应性。溶剂脱沥青装置脱沥青油收率越高,经济效益越好,对于加工原油硫含量较低的企业,可考虑脱沥青油不经过加氢直接去催化裂化装置加工。Contrastive analysis is made to the economic benefits of several processing routes of Oman crude oil and Arab medium oil under 35-100USD/bbl（1bbl≈159L）international crude oil price.Processing routes including fixed-bed residual oil hydroprocessing,delayed coking and solvent deasphalting（SDA）.The result showed that the economic benefits of SDA is superior to the delayed coking,when the international oil price is more than 35USD/bbl.When the international oil price is less than 42 USD/bbl,the economic benefits of SDA are superior to the fixed-bed residual oil hydroprocessing.The refinery,with insufficient hydrogen source and delayed coking unit being able to process more inferior raw material,may consider to use SDA to improve the economic benefit and improve the adaptability of processing crude oil,when the international oil price is less than55USD/bbl.The more DAO yield the SDA unit can reach,the more economic benefit the refinery can get.The refinery processing low sulphur content oil may consider to let its DAO go directly into FCC unit as the feed without any hydrorefining processing.
