摘 要:目的研究分析个体化孕期营养管理对胎儿体质量和产后出血的影响。方法研究对象选择吉安市妇幼保健院2015年12月—2016年7月进行定期产检的146例孕妇,将其随机分成研究组和对照组,每组73例。对照组孕妇给予常规体检以及注意事项讲述;实验组孕妇则在对照组基础上给予个体化孕期营养管理。结果研究组2 500~3 500 g新生儿体质量明显的高于对照组,数据差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组剖宫产率、产后出血率、巨大儿发生率分别为20.55%、3.27%、2.74%,对照组分别为36.98%、16.44%、19.18%,数据差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇蛋白质、钙、铁等指标摄入量以及RDA均明显高于对照组,数据差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化孕期营养管理能够有效地将胎儿体质量控制在正常范围之内,同时还能降低孕产妇产后出血情况,临床效果显著,值得推广使用。Objective Analysis of the effect of individualized nutrition management during pregnancy on fetal weight and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The subjects of this study were randomly divided into study group and control group,73 cases in each group,which were randomly divided into the study group and the control group in December 2015 to 2016 in in July.Pregnant women in the control group were given routine physical examination and the matters needing attention.In the experimental group,the pregnant women were given individualized nutrition management on the basis of the control group.Results The2 500 ~ 3 500 g research group of neonatal body weight significantly higher than the control group,the data with significant difference(P〈0.05); the study group of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage rate and macrosomia rate were 20.55%,3.27%,2.74%,36.98%,16.44% in control group were asked,19.18% data,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The intake of protein,calcium,iron and RDA of pregnant women in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional management during pregnancy can effectively control fetal weight in the normal range,but also can reduce maternal hemorrhage,the clinical effect is significant,worthy of promotion of use.
