摘 要:针对准噶尔盆地西北缘区块地层泥页岩含量高,造成井壁失稳频发的问题,以乙基二羟乙基烯丙基氯化铵(TEAC)为反应单体,通过与N,N—二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)和N—乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)进行自由基溶液共聚反应,制得了胺类抑制剂PEDAS。通过对产物进行红外结构表征与热重分析,结果表明其分子结构符合预期设计,且抗温性能较强;抑制实验结果表明,PEDAS对膨润土及目标泥页岩的水化造浆作用均有着良好抑制作用,且抑制效果优于现场常用的胺类抑制剂SIAT与BLC-101;钻井液配伍实验结果表明,PEDAS与水平井及直井钻井液均可实现良好配伍,且钻井液体系可有效抑制目标泥页岩的水化。With the high formation shale content of northwest margin in Jungar Basin, the borehole instability is serious. In order to solve this problem, choosing ethyl dihydroxy ethyl chloride (TEAC) as the key monomer, DMAA and 1VP as functional monomers, an amine inhibitor called PEDAS was synthesized by radical copolymerization. The feasibility of molecular structure design and thermal stability of PEDAS were respectively proved by FITR and TAG, and the results of inhibition tests show that the attenuation performances of PEDAS to the hydration and mud yielding of bentonite and objective formation shale are excellent, and the restrain effect of PEDAS is better than that of SIAT and BLC-101 used on site; experiments show that PEDAS has a good compatibility with the drilling fluids for vertical well and horizontal well, and both of the drilling fluid systems can effectively inhibit the shale hydration.
