现代畜牧兽医类人才培养——以温州科技职业学院为例

摘　　要：随着现代畜牧兽医类产业的发展,对人才提出了不同的新要求。当下畜牧兽医类人才培养中存在培养目标定位陈旧、培养模式简单、培养的学生综合素质不高、教育资源缺乏等问题。基于此,在探索实践"导、授、研、服、创"五位一体的现代畜牧兽医类人才培养模式基础上,从精准定位人才培养目标、着力创新人才培养模式、全方位推进学生综合素养培养、整合多方资源力促人才培养等方面提出了现代畜牧兽医类人才培养的建议对策。探讨现代畜牧兽医人才培养的有效途径。With the development of modern animal husbandry and veterinary industry,a new demand for talents emerged.Currently the talent cultivation for animal husbandry and veterinary major exists some problems,namely,outdated training objectives,simple training mode,students' inferior comprehensive qualities,and the shortage of education resources.Based on this fact and the exploration on a new training model integrated with 'guiding,teaching,researching,servicing and innovating',some suggestions and countermeasures for training talents of modern animal husbandry and veterinary major were brought up from the following aspects:making specific cultivation objectives,innovating the cultivation mode,facilitating students' comprehensive quality,and integrating all kinds of resources to promote talent training.The article also discussed some effective methods for training talents of modern animal husbandry and veterinary major.
