摘　　要：在国际黄金价格持续低迷情况下,如何进行成本管控,创造效益,为企业求得生存,是目前黄金矿山的主要目标。以中国黄金集团江西金山矿业有限公司为工程背景,从充填材料选择、充填浓度与充填配比、充填设计、管理制度等方面阐述了在充填过程中成本管控的措施和方法,可供同类型矿山借鉴。In view of the lasting depression of international gold prices,the means to control cost,create profits,and survive is the primary goal gold mines currently want to achieve. The paper takes Jiangxi Jinshan mining company of China National Gold Group as the engineering background,and describes the measures to carry out cost control in the filling process from the aspects of filling material selection,filling concentration and filling material ratio,filling design and regulation system. The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
