摘 要:采用膜吸收法处理黄金冶炼含氰废水,考察了膜吸收装置处理氰化物废水可达到的最低氰化物质量浓度,以及废水流量、初始HCN质量浓度和氢氧化钠质量分数对除氰效果的影响。试验结果表明:膜吸收法可将废水中氰化物质量浓度由1 000 mg/L降至低于0.5 mg/L,传质系数为0.53×10^(-5)m/s;废水流量越大,间歇操作单位时间除氰速率越快,而连续操作单级去除率下降;初始HCN质量浓度降低,单级去除率降低,但都在90%以上,且最高可达95%以上;吸收液氢氧化钠质量分数对除氰效果影响不大。The method of membrane absorption was researched to treat cyanide wastewater in gold smelting. The lowest cyanide mass concentration and the influence of wastewater velocity,initial HCN mass fraction and sodium hydroxide mass concentration on the removal of cyanide were investigated. The results showed that the cyanide mass concentration in wastewater could be reduced from 1 000 mg/L to below 0. 5 mg/L using membrane absorption. The mass transfer coefficient was 0. 53 × 10-5m/s. Improving the velocity of wastewater could increase the removal rate of cyanide in unit time,while reduce the single-stage removal rate. The less the initial HCN mass fraction,the less the singlestage removal rate of cyanide. Nevertheless,the single-stage removal rate of cyanide was more than 90 %,and it could even reach over 95 %. There was little effect the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide absorption solution had on cyanide removal.
